Customizing the Log In Page Appearance in BlueSpice Cloud Edition

Since the major release at the end of May 2025, the Log In page in our BlueSpice Cloud Edition has been displaying the default blue theme, which does not align with our corporate identity.

Is there a way to customize the appearance of the Log In page (such as modifying the colors, logo, or layout) in the Cloud Edition? We would like to replace the default theme with our design.

If I write a ticket on Hallo Welt’s support platform, would it be possible for your team to at least change the colors of the login page to match our corporate design?

Also, where can I find or view the internal issue tracker you mentioned? Or will updates be communicated to me through this post?

Hi kaja.a,

there is no easy way to customize the login page, but you can remove the blue background wave by adding the following to the field “Free CSS” on the page Special:FlexiSkin page.

/*remove background swoosh from login page*/
body.mediawiki.page-Special_UserLogin {
     background-image:none
}

With FlexiSkin, you can also apply your CI-colors and provide a logo and favicon. Please refer to our docu here:
