Visual editor not loading after new installation, loading bar stops at 3/4.

Expected behavior:
visual editor loading fine

What was the error message/error log?
No errors in the error.log php-fpm and nginx file except

System info:

  • OS: Almalinux 9.2
  • Server: Nginx 1.26.1
  • PHP: PHP 8.3 (also not working with 8.2)
  • Database: 10.5.22-MariaDB
  • BlueSpice version: 4.5.1
  • Browser version: Edge Version 127.0.2651.86 and Firefox 128
  • Installation behind Enterprise Proxy! No direct internet connection
