Describe the issue / Steps to reproduce:
The bell in the upper right corner shows a red one. But when I click on it and see the notification center, it shows me “No new notifications!”
Expected behavior:
Either it wouldn’t show me the red one or it would display me new notifications in the notifications center.

I’m using bluespice 5.0 on a hosted platform.
Also I had the same issue with my tasks. It showed me one open task (red dot) but when I clicked on it, there was no open task displayed.

when you see a notification dot and then visit the notification center page, where you can choose to view all messages, are wanted message present? Do you and other website users receive email notifications (e.g daily/weekly digest email) as usual?
Hi, when I visit the notification center page there are no unread messages present.
Last week I got the frequently summaries but I got the last one on 06/06/2025. Workflow notifications I receive instead.
