After searching for a page with BS 5.1, a failed result does not generate a Create Page link. There’s nothing on the search page after a failed search except “There are no results for the given term”.
I can click the + button to make a page.

the option to directly create a page from the search field has been removed in BlueSpice 5.1.
The focus is now on better supporting the title search and on providing a legible, decluttered results list. Creating a page is considered a separate action and done via the dedicated “Create button” (which is a prominent button in the BlueSpice Discovery skin right next to the search field).
That is an unfortunate choice and also seems like something that should have been better illuminated; it’s a fairly major feature removal.
