Is it possible to deactivate the book navigation?
I have added two pages to my book. If I navigate to one of these pages in my wiki, it automatically jumps into the book navigation, which I don’t want.
How can I achieve this?
It is currently not possible to deactivate the book navigation.
The only workaround is to create the pages separately—one as part of the book and one outside of it.

the only thing a book does is pretty much provide the book navigation.
I am curious about why you created a book if you do not need the book navigation?
Maybe there are other techniques to achieve what you want instead of using a book?
