I am very excited to use the chatbot in our wiki, but I can’t find a structured documentation on how to configure/implement it. Can someone help me?

Hi Otti,
currently, chatbot services are not yet publicy released. They are only available on our cloud infrastructure at the moment. Cloud customers can simply contact our cloud support to find out more about how the chatbot can be enabled.
On-premise release is scheduled for early 2026. In general, the chatbot feature is only available in the pro-edition.
