I am getting an error using Special:ImportUsers

[Z-QqzuaYqqatfIqaxr5UEwAAARg] /index.php?title=Special:ImportUsers CannotCreateActorException: Cannot create an actor for a usable name that is not an existing user: user_name=“Fmala-m”

I have also tried to add the user through Special:UserManager

I get:

Any help would be appreciated, currently I cannot add a user.

Unfotunately, Extension:ImportUsers is not part of the BlueSpice distribution. Therefore I can not say much about it.

It looks like the user can just not be created

Regarding the error shown on Special:UserManager: Please try to collect more information about this error. See How to debug - BlueSpice Helpdesk for details.

An internal server error always leaves a trace in the error log of the application. Once we get this error, we can probably fix it.

I was able to resolve it by reseting the AUTO_INCREMENT on user_id in the database to next number
