**Describe the issue / Steps to reproduce:**
Namespace-specific settings for system namespaces are lost when another system namespace is edited in `Special:NamespaceManager`.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open `Special:NamespaceManager`.

2. Enable a setting, e.g. `ContentStabilization`, for namespace `0` (Main) and save.

3. Enable the same setting for namespace `10` (Template) and save.

4. Reload the Namespace Manager.

### Actual behavior

The previously enabled setting for namespace `0` is disabled again.

This can also be reproduced with other namespace settings, such as VisualEditor.

### Expected behavior

Changing settings for namespace `10` should not modify or reset the settings of namespace `0`.

**What was the error message/error log?**
No errors in the logfiles

### Environment

- BlueSpice 5.2.x

- BlueSpiceNamespaceManager: `dev-REL1_43-5.2.x`

- MediaWiki 1.43

Hi Basti2228,

I was able to reproduce this issue in our current 5.2.x test system and filed a bug report. It will be handled in one of the next releases. (Internal ticket reference: #50561)

Greetings

Margit
