# Disable discussion window at the end of every page

It possible to disable discussion window at the end of every page?

I know it is possible if I add \_\_ NODISCUSSION \_\_ in source editing mode, but I have to do this for every page manully. Is there any code I can write in Common.css, to disable discussion window for all the pages?
