# CannotCreateActorException

I am getting an error using Special:ImportUsers

[Z-QqzuaYqqatfIqaxr5UEwAAARg] /index.php?title=Special:ImportUsers CannotCreateActorException: Cannot create an actor for a usable name that is not an existing user: user\_name=“Fmala-m”

I have also tried to add the user through Special:UserManager

I get:  
Warning  
Internal Server Error  
http

MediaWiki 1.39.11  
PHP 8.1.31  
MySQL 8.0.41  
BlueSpice 4.5.4 (build:20250116123402)

======

Any help would be appreciated, currently I cannot add a user.

Unfotunately, Extension:ImportUsers is not part of the BlueSpice distribution. Therefore I can not say much about it.

It looks like the user can just not be created

Regarding the error shown on Special:UserManager: Please try to collect more information about this error. See [How to debug - BlueSpice Helpdesk](https://en.wiki.bluespice.com/wiki/How_to_debug) for details.

An internal server error always leaves a trace in the error log of the application. Once we get this error, we can probably fix it.

I was able to resolve it by reseting the AUTO\_INCREMENT on user\_id in the database to next number
